I had one in complete stock trim back in 1989. Sold it the next year. I bought a new 1990 KAW ZX7. Win win! Still missed that old 86 VFR!! Now I got another! Like the Cars great song. Let the good times roll!

 

Cool, I had originally thought it might have been stolen and you got it back. Doesn't happen too often but there have been a few stories where guys have gotten their stolen ride back.

 

That's sexy. I love those shorty supertraps. Not to thread jack but why are all the 86rwb bikes I've seen have blue seats and mine is the only one with red and blue...... or maybe I'm not looking hard enough lol
