Anyone modded their new VFR with a sound system off a wrecked Hardley yet? You do know that rounding a small town square with the volume turned all the way up with some rap "music" blaring would make you one cool dude. Can you imagine a VFR with that going on? Please just tell us about it....no pics or videos please......pardon my warped imagination today. Some things I just can't imagine. That and cruise control on a VFR. But that's just me. I'm Ok with that. :sneakiness:

I see nothing wrong with that. This and hanging furry dice from the top of the wind screen, and trimming fairings with colourful dingle balls.

Seen a similar system installed on a Wing. Out on a ride one day North of Seattle back in the day before all them folks from CA invaded.. The leader of the pack had one of those bigass all weather speakers bolted on this bigass Wing. There were about 15-20 of them following along whilst this dude was doing the choreographing at full tilt boogie. Yep, they were taking up the whole road too.

This gives rise to a new axiom: " The number of farkles possible on a motorcycle is directly proportional to the square of the riders bank account" .

 

I'd forgive this behavior if they were cranking Ride of the Valkyries and only if they were riding Valkyries.

 

Funny, I had that song running through my head while riding last Saturday.

Naa, these were big wings with all the farkles, matching outfits and a couple with sidehacks. There's a guy in Seattle that came up with some computer deal that has or had a Valkyrie with a supercharger and I hear a garage full of other Hondas.

Here's a version by The Neophonic Orchestra conducted by Stan Kenton. Kenton and that orchestra was the official opining entertainment at The Dorothy Chandler in downtown LA in about 1960. In the orchestra was a lineup of past Kenton band members and a list of Hollywood studio musicians that were jazz guys.
