For starters... yes I am an newb. :)

I was wondering if the rear end of an '87 would be similar enough to an '86 that I could use the directions from the thread below to mount a Givi Wingrack on one.

I have just decided to buy an '87 VFR700F2 from a friend but it will be a couple of weeks before I can go pick it up some I'm trying to do some research on luggage sort of blind.

    Thanks!

lost me on the click and give thanks... (edit, oh I see... the thanks button now...)

I'm in Upstate NY about thirty minutes north of the Americade if you have ever heard of that. There have been thousands of bikes by my driveway today and me with nothing to ride :(.

The VFR is in Western, NY right now... I'll be traveling out to get it in a couple of weeks.
