Mounting Givi on 2nd Gen 87 VFR700F2

    I'm just about to pull the trigger on a friends VFR. I'm very interested in some waterproof luggage and have been looking at the Givi E45 and maybe E36. Does anyone have any experience mounting these on an '87? I'd appreciate any info.

    Looks like it should work the same...

    I've been informed that the '86 VFR700 and 750 are pretty much interchangeable with the '87 VFR700.

    Hey, if you have questions on that, lemme know. I can take more pics, or offer advice.

    It's held up great. I have a top-case on now, and have had a fair bit of weight back there, without worries.
