MM is a tuff kid, the shoulder could still be a problem. Tires might be his biggest problem though.

I meant to say leg, not shoulder. Lorenzo showed the most guts I have seen after his surgery last year. I expect MM in the top 5.

MM is the only guy I have seen since Stoner that is comfortable with the bike moving around like a dirt bike.

The Lean Angles that they are achieving today is mind-boggling. I love when they pass on the inside corners/dragging elbows & shoulders.

As long a MM doesn't hurt or kill himself riding the way he does...He'll be this generations Rossi.

Watched film on Rossi the other night (again), and I love the part where they are talking about the bikes suspension, the Japanese designers building flex into the frame as part of the suspension, because at the severe lean angles the normal suspension doesn't have much effect.

    A. Espargaro did his hot lap on the softest option rear tire, available only to the Open Class. General disdain with the rear tire that BS has brought. The conditions are very slippery compared to ten days ago. MM93 is notably limping around the garage. He's behind quite a bit on testing as well as fitness. He was NOT riding with pain killers so as to see what his limits are. For the Ducati Factory 2 team, CC35 and AD04 are both running the open ECU and software for the first time in earnest. AI29 has been running and testing it the most and is no surprise the fastest Ducati. Overall, the factory teams showed that they're at a disadvantage to the satellite and OC riders who tested here an extra session. Very, very weird FP.

The crazy results of FP1 resulted from a lot of guys on basically a qualifying tire and that the factory guys did not have the time there on the testing days.
FP2 is a little more normal. But I did enjoy seeing Edwards in 8th! lol

Great to see such a pack at the front for so long, something motogp has been missing for a while now.

But what a fantastic close to the race, marquez saying, "f-you old man, step aside, I'm the sheriff in town now!"

I hope we continue to see a pack of 6 in a battle for first, especially with MM, Rossi, Lorenzo and Pedrosa up front. Also, 2 Americans in the top 10!? Hell yea!

WSBK is at Laguna this year. I don't know if GP will come back. That track is really not a GP track. Everyone likes the cork screw but compared to almost all the other very wide and bigger tracks it does not stack up. WTF is Indy still doing on the venue? Circuit of the Americas is the real deal, beautiful.
