Hi, I'm looking for web sites where there are VFR 2002 and over that have been modified for track days. Thanks Louis
It doesn't seem like the best dedicated track day bike with the abundance of F4 & F3's out there. I've had mine VFR at the track several times. It was fun and capable. It was not the perfect track machine. All I did was tape up glass, remove mirrors and change tires.
remove center and sidestand, remove mirrors, tape over the headlight and taillight, unplug headlights, tape over speedo, fresh brake pads in the front, readjust suspension at both ends, safety wire your drain plug, put a radiator clamp on your oil filter and safety wire it, drain the coolant and replace with distilled water. fresh rubber. scuff it in before you go fast if you get a front end wobble, retorque your steering stem bearings to the preload in the book. Buy a tire gage.
