I bought this can brand new off of ebay for $150. I had never heard of the brand but I figured what the heck its got to sound better then stock. Well I was wrong, it didn't sound much better then stock. At idle it sounded the same and under throttle there was only a hint of V4 sound. You can see in the picture the reason that it had such a little sound was a result of the small 1.5” baffle core.

I know that I could have waited a few thousand miles for the sound to mature but I wanted it to roar now. So I set out to maximize the bark of this pipe, by ordering a beautiful 2.5” baffle core from LA Choppers
I also messed around with packing materials, I used the fiber glass that came with my pipe. Then I tried stainless steel wool, and finally tried some ceramic wool. By far the one one with the best sound was the ceramic wool. It has a much better insulating factor then the other two and has the deepest tone.

I am pretty happy with my finished product, after all cost it was just a little over $200 to have my semi custom WMP Exhaust. Well I know every body is dying to hear it, enjoy.

Does sound nice! FYI you have a voltage problem though you may want to fix asap. Notice your lights are dim un-till you get on the gas.

Sounds great! Where did you get your ceramic wool from?
    Thanks.

Thanks Joe, I didn't notice that until you saw it. Is that my R/R going out?
Rangemaster this is the supplier I bought it from, but their are plenty of them on eBay, just search "ceramic blanket"
