mexican VFRist

I´m Enrique Cabrera , live in San LUis Potosi,Mexico,have a 2000 yellow VFR and I´m glad to belong to this group, this is my second VFR used to have a 91 but sold it, now I have this and will try to fix my bike details; so thanks for your comments and sugestions about it, Saludos desde Mexico

I moved 2 years ago from Belgium to Guadalajara, México, and sold my 2001 VFR back in Belgium. I had 3 of them and start to miss the rides a lot.
As you know Honda Mexico does not sell VFRs/Interceptors so I wonder where did you buy yours. In the States I guess, but how did you get it into Mexico?

Puedes buscar en internet en la pagina de mercadolibre.com y en el buscador pones VFR, la semana pasada estaban vendiendo una 2000 amarilla que parece estar bastante bien en Zacatecas, el precio me parece estaba en 51 mil pesos, pero ya sabes que puedes negociar,la mia la encontré d la misma manera y la conseguíen Pachuca Hidalgo, pero para ser sincero creo que la de Zacatecas está en mejores condiciones que la mía, solo que la compre mas barata, ahorita la estoy detallando y le compre un escape nuevo en Ebay solo que no me ha llegado, ojala te sirva la información .. saludos.............

Gracias por tu respuesta y por la información. Si se ve bien el 2000, pero la verdad estoy buscando algo más reciente.
Encontré algunos a precio interesante en California. Por eso quiero saber que trámites hay que hacer para importar/regularizar y que impuestos hay que pagar. Question de ver si todavía vale la pena buscar en E.U.

hola Erick, no habia visto tu mensaje.
cuando compres la moto busca un agencia aduanal,(la agencia aduanal hace todos los tràmites) , debes tener el titulo de propiedad de la moto y pagar el impuesto de importacion y el IVA, es como el 45% del valor de la moto. si buscas un modelo mas reciente lo mejor es comprarlo en Estados Unidos, suerte con la moto y saludos desde SLP.
