max amps for accessories on 1999 VFR?

I have a Gerbing heated jacket liner @6.4A/77W, and am about to buy Gerbing G3 heated gloves @2.2A/25W. Will my bike safely run them both at max - 8.6A? I don't want to get stranded in cold weather . I realize that at idle/lower RPM I need to keep an eye on my voltmeter and maybe turn down the heat.

I have a VFRness harness, brand new Honda regulator (much larger heat sink area than originally came on the bike), big fan mounted on regulator heatsink, and panel volmeter.

I haven't done anything with the stator connector yet; I didn't realize until now there is an upgrade from the same guy that makes the VFRness harness. The stator connector looks perfect right now (12K miles on bike).
