Were you able to remove that black panel. It is held in there only by one of those silly faring clips.
Then you reach inside and give the socket a quarter turn and the bulb and socket just pop out. A little finicky if you have large fingers.

If that isn't doable, it may be easier to remove the side faring and access it much easier that way. You want to make sure you engage the socket back into its spot securely or it is likely to vibrate out of place.
The bulb is a blade type that should come out of the socket with some gentle wiggling back and forth and pulling out

The bulbs are not screw type bulbs. They have "ears" or pins. The sockets or receptacles are spring loaded. Try pushing down on the bulb and twisting to the left. Worst scenario is that the assembly is corroded.

If this is still confusing, go to a Honda parts supplier and call up a drawing of the assembly and take a look at the replacement bulb you may or may not have already.

Or you can take it to your favorite friendly dealer and lighten your bank account by mucho pesos because they will tell you the bulb is really expensive and the labor takes about an hour. @ 250 pesos por hora.
