Macau washed out - race cancelled

    Heavy rain caused the cancellation of the Macau GP, the brief time slot allowed for the race was not enough for the race to be run

    Results were based on the practice session, so Davey Todd was pronounced winner

    I've never heard of racing winner based on practice. Don't they usually just remove it from the schedule or reschedule racing?

    That doesn’t happen in Macau, there’s the GP and that’s it

    PS Macau was hit by a typhoon
