    Does anyone make a lowering kit/link for 86 vfr 700 /750?

    Thicker soles on your boots !! No, really !

    Lowering kits are for GIRLS who usually sell the bike within a year.

    Another alternative is to raise the forks about 10mm in the tripleclamps.

    Or just do more riding and get more comfortable on the bike, cuz the more miles you accumulate, the smaller the bike begins to feel !!~

    thanks for the advice,but I sold my platform shoes many years ago,
    I bought my first vfr in 86 when i was service mgr at an dealership in Ohio,I think that is a little longer than a year. maby?
    but I will take your advice in to consideration.

    F2 wheel/ fork swap will drop the bike 25-30mm and you get the benefit of good tires.

    Another alternative is to reduce the amount of foam in the seat.

    I'm a shorty (5'+4.25" tall) and wished my first '86 VFR (in 1990) lower until i got used to it after about 6 months.
