Bought my bike yesterday 6 months old but very low miles in lovely condition. As a short ar se welshman i thought i would
drop the seat height to see the difference sat on the bike it fired then cut out would not restart as two fuses had blown
does the lower position put to much pressure on the fuse box i wonder as raised the seat again replaced fuses and problem has not
returned. Apart from that love the bike,

You blow fuses by shorting out a wire (power wire to metal contact), not by putting pressure on the fuse box. Check under your seat for the wires that are being mashed against the frame when the seat is lowered.
