Lower Fairing Hardware help!

I bought my 86 vfr700 with all the fairings off it and now trying to install them. I discovered that none of the fairing hardware is included. So i ordered all the hardware from hondaparts-direct.com per there diagrams and some of the screws/dzuz fasteners are not working.

Per the diagrams the of the 3 screws, 2 screws on both sides that hold the lower fairing to the upper faring are screws (which thats what i got) but my lowers have 1/2 or 1/4 turn fasteners riveted to them. 1. is this factory and 2 if it is what size are they so i can order them?

I also ordered the screws for the solo seat cowl and they dont seem to be long enough. What are the screws sizes suppose to be for those??

Any help would be appreciated.
