Sorry for such a petty request, but 1 of my 2 lower fairing "circlips" is missing from my '87 VFR700. Referring to the ones that clip the fairing halves together, right in the front portion of the "belly pan" area. OEM part # is 64535-ML7-000. No longer available from Honda. Thanks in advance!

These work better than OEM, and drastically cheaper. Readily available. I have been using them on my 6th gen for over about 15 years or even more, now. They are very simple to use. No prying of tags to make them ready to use or any of that other crap you have to do. Simple push button use both to remove and to install. There are others out there as good as these, but these are what I have found. They are inexpensive enough that IF one even starts to fail, I toss it and put in a new one.

It is the M^ that best fits a 6th gen but there are other sizes as well. And not only for motorcycles. I bought a package suitable to use to replace the inner fender clips on my 2003 GMC PU.

Re-reading what you are looking for, these don't fit the bill. But if you need fairing clips elsewhere, they probably will.
