This weekend I deleted the pair valves and my evap canister, in an attempt to shed some weight. In that respect, I was successful. I dropped around 5 pounds. She seems to run the same, when up to temp. But while cold(below 160 degrees) she idles pretty low(around 750-800 RPMs). Everything else seems exactly the same, which is great, and there is a whole lot less of a clutter in the engine bay. But I am just wondering if this is normal after these mods or if maybe I pinched a high idle line, deleted something that I shouldn't have, or just did something wrong? Thanks for your help...

will let you know doing it to mine this weekend
sounds normal that removing it would drop idle a bit.

When I did my Pair valve I seem to remember my Idle was a little low afterwords...it's becuase you are net getting the blast of air anymore...I just turned the idle screw on right hand side of engine and all was well again...

the blast of air is directed into the exhaust correct? ive had my o2s eliminated for a couple of months now, so the pair delete shouldn't effect any thing right? also the idle is only low when the engine is cold. when the engine is up to temp it idles and runs absolutely normal. thanks guys
