Lost both my low beams, one two days ago, and one yesterday. Looking for a reasonable replacement. I don't do much night riding so don't want to do anything to costly. I run the piaa intense white on my mean streak and it has been great for years, is this a suitable bulb for the vfr? The specs look the same, just wondering if anyone is running them.

Silverstar Ultra Bright is your solution if you not going for HID :thumb:

What he said. You will need a H4 to H7 conversion disk, or make your own.

Best investment I ever made. White, bright, and last long. next would be HID.

You just need to snip the two taps on the side and leave the top tap to align with the slot...............Voila done :thumb:

    Nope, easy.

    A. Keep fingers off bulb at all times.
    B. Remove front fairing.
    C. Remove screw holding bulb retainer down.
    D. Remove retainer, remove bulb.
    E. Put Silverstars in H4 to H7 adapter.
    F. Insert into bulb socket.
    G. Tighten down retainer with screw.
    H. Replace front fairing.

    See? Easy.

Or you can skip the fairing removal if you can get your hands up in there to reach screw under weather seal.
