I am doing first time chain and sprocket change on my 6th gen and using oem sprockets and DID chain. The front sprocket has a slight wobble even when bolt is torqued. Mathre washer appears to be flat (not Belleville). Is this normal?

It all depends on how much wobble you have. There will be some lateral free play, but no axial free play. It should not rotate on the splines at all. If you take it off you shouldn't feel any wear on the shaft/splines. Zero.

Should be snug fit. Might have a little play front and back but not side to side.

What they said above. It may go back and forth, like a sliding on motion on the shaft, like a couple thousandth, that's like the thickness of paper. But no clockwise or counter clock wise movement.

Mine had significant wobble the first time I replaced one ... then I bought the OEM front sprocket with the rubber on the sides. It fit like a glove.

I will always buy the OEM front sprocket now as a result.

A little side to side is OK but it shouldn't tilt on axis.
