looking for a Y154 mounting bracket with low expectations

I recently purchased a wingrack for my 95 VFR and at the same time found a nice guy in Ohio who had the Y154 mounting kit well here is where the story get sad I received the wingrack with no problems but the mounting kit never came :sad: I contacted the seller and he gave me the shipping number which shows that it was delivered to my mail box (the combo boxes in sub divisions) so of course I called the post office and ask what happened and I was told after calling them....once a day....for a week...that since the package was scanned delivered they took no more responsibility for the package....... so I am on the hunt again for a Y154 mounting kit for my VFR if anyone has one please let me know..

And again I’m not expecting anyone to have one I'm mostly venting my frustration...
