In need of some information on what steps I can take to get a ohio title notarized for a 1966 Chevy El Camino I purchased from a used car dealer and he never notarized the title when he sent it back in '07. I should have done the title work when I got the car, but never got around to it until now and the dealer I bought the car from is no longer in business. Send me a PM
