    Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a reputable engine reconditioner/ machinist in australia, preferably NSW or ACT, that could do the bottom end work on my 84 VF1000F engine.

At the bare minimum it would require big ends and journals machined and new bearings fitted.
It'd be nice to find someone who is familiar with these engines.
    Anyone have any suggestions?

If Honda didn't make larger diameter bearings to go with an undercut crank, machining won't help. Best suggestion is to find a newer bike !
