Looking at the Nelson-Rigg CL-350 tank bag..need input

Does anyone use this bag? I've trolled the luggage section but other than some general input on bags, I haven't seen any references to this bag.

It looks like its small enough to be a solid bg, while expandable enough to carry a full set of clothes when needed.

I'm debating between the CL-350 and the Nelson-Rigg SSC-110. I don't need to carry much stuff in a daily basis, just a change of clothes (including shoes).

Does anyone have any thoughts on either of these two bags?

I scored this bag on e bay fro $29.00 incl shipping nice bag but glasses case on front straches tank so will put clear film on tank.
I think all bags will stratch the tank so keep that in mind.
It is two pc so if not carrying stuff you can unzip top bag and still have small w/ map pocket and over all carries alot so a chang of clothes is no prob.
other colors are availible as well.
