Got around to bleeding the brakes over the weekend with help from a friend. Fronts went smoothly, although there wasn't as much crap as I expected to be in the lines. Clutch fluid was a nice hue of honey.

As we were about to bleed the rear, we remembered the fronts and rears are linked, so we downloaded the service manual and, it turned out to be a bigger pain in the ass than expected.

We were using a 2002 service manual for my 07' RWB (should be the same, right?) and found all the nipples and the two proportioning valves on the front and under the seat. However, according to the manual, there was supposed to be another nipple under the seat on the right side of the cycle, on top of a block. There is brake plumbing in this region but absolutely no place to bleed, and we looked for around 20 minutes. I forget exactly what we were looking for but we figured from 02' to 07', somewhere they must have gotten rid of this nipple (like I said, it was something for the proportioning valve on the other side of the seat, I believe). And the service manual showed a picture of it sitting right on top of one of the blocks.

    Any ideas?

Bike stop fine and considering the fact I barely use the rear brake, I'm not too concerned about a missed bleed location.

There isn't any bleeder on the right side,( There is on 5Th generation bikes but not in yours,) The manual is refering to the proportional brake valve an it is located on the LEFT side near the battery.
I suggest to bleed front brake first and follow the manual to do the rear, and push the rear brake pedal and bleed that nipple and replace the fluid, it is too hard to bleed the rear caliper, you need to take it off and re colocate again to bleed.

I just bleed the proportional valve and the bike stops ok.

I'm not entirely sure about the 07, but my 03 definately has two bleeders underneath the seat.

Hope that helps, I can't see why Honda would have changed the locations of this for the second generation of the 6th generation bikes, makes no sense.
