Is there any sound difference between the carbon fiber and aluminum cans? I like the sound of the carbon fiber, but like the look of the aluminum cans. I'm going to order one of them, I just want to know if they will sound the same. Thanks in advance for your help!!

I don't believe there is a difference in sound...as far as I know the only difference is about 2lbs in weight. I have the aluminum one and they sound amazing. I'd save the extra money and buy the aluminum slip-ons; unless you are going to be racing your viffer. :cheersaf:

The carbon does save weight and you don't have to be a racer to benefit from the savings. If your a fat bastage like me you need to save all the weight you can! Either way make sure to remove thebaffles when you install the exhaust. :thumb:

    yeah throw those baffles away
Carbon Fiber doesn't get fingerprints on it that you can see.
or water spots. I think they look more exotic. IMHO
I love mine, they were worth it. I am a Fat Batsage too. LOL

Oh yeah...carbon also doesn't get as hot as the aluminum. You can use soft saddle bags and not burn them up! :thumb: You can touch them with your bare hand and not get burned after a long ride.
