Left Exit Two Brothers Exhaust Custom job?

Hey all so i have been searching around this site and the interwebs trying to find an answer to my little conundrum, I have a 1997 VFR 750 with a two brothers exhaust that exits on the left side of the bike... looks great exposing the open wheel, sounds great, but i am having a devil of a time finding a set of rear passenger pegs that will fit on this setup. i bought some stock ones hoping i could get off easy and it seems that the left side wont fit mainly because of the helmet lock... all opinions are welcomed and probably going to need an outside the box option! so i have been thinking

Will a Later model vfr rear peg line up and allow for more room with their sleeker style?
Could i purchase some sort of adapter to be able to use the stock rear pegs?
Is there any cross reference of someone who knows of pass pegs that will fit off other bikes?
i don't need the helmet lock and it seems to take up most the space so if i could find a very basic rear peg option would be great!

so with much searching an no prevail i decided to finally hand this problem off to the pros!
let me know what you think and if pictures will help i could try and post a few!
I appreciate any info on this i have been pulling hairs trying to figure something out!

 

No help on the pegs but the left exit was a '90-'93 Tbros kit that ended up fitting up to the '97. SInce it wasn't made for the 4th gen you may need to make up some custom pegs.
