Fixed her up a year ago, been running great, finally changed my plug wires, fuel filter again, new back tire, another rear break master cylinder, seemed all was well....then

Bike would not start....thought the motor was stuck. Pulled the spark plug and out comes the fuel when I cranked it over. Its comming from the lowest carb bank, (supplying that cylinder), when the kickstand is down, which also happens to be the closest to the fuel line comming in from the pump.

Pulled the carbs checked the float and jets (cleaned) and pushed gently on the tang that adjusts the float to the needle valve. hope this works.

I believe the pump stops the fuel, I put the tank on, opened the fuel petcock and no fuel came through the pump....good sign the pump is ok I guess.

Anyone have this happen? 83 VF750F 12000 miles
