Its been sitting for a bit. It runs and I've put a few miles on it so far. It needed heater hoses and a front brake lever switch. I've bought both have yet to install them.

I want to do some fairing modifications... The turn signals look lowsy and I wanted to mold them into the fairings, or purchase replacement aftermarket ones if they exist. I dont think they do tho.

I also need to replace my headlight assembly, there's a spot on it on the inside... dont know what it is, just looks old and faded. Has anybody ever fitting another shape headlight assembly onto their bike? I'd like to throw a two bulb HID setup in there.

I'm looking for spark plugs, wires, oil, and oil filter, but I cant seem to find part numbers on here...

I'm also looking to replace the remaining light bulbs with LED's.... but i can't find bulb part numbers either!

Also, I was thinking of running seafoam in the oil for a bit before i change the oil out, and in the fuel to clean out those passage ways... then I was considering running some of it through the intake to clean it all out. thoughts?

I've got an almost MINT condition headlight with lightbulb... from a VFR700F with less than 5k miles.

PM me if its something you want. I don't need it.

Check out Sebs build here.http://vfrworld.com/forums/first-second-generation-1983-1989/12782-not-teaser-1983-vf750f-resto-project.html He replaced his stock bulbs with LED's and has the part numbers I think.

I considered this myself and will prolly try this next off season. Don't know about the HID. The search should pop something up though if it's been done.

I've never used this stuff how well does it work? Does it not leave any deposits?

    Good Luck!
