    Hello all,
Finally joined the forum after reading comments for many months. Bought a 2012 vfr 800 a few weeks ago, staintune pipes sound bloody amazing.
It's been awhile since I had a road bike, sold a CBR 600 12 yrs ago.
It's winter in OZ, but I had a good ride today out through the Yarra Valley, great winding roads.

Anyway learnt a lot from this forum already and hope to continue doing so.
    Cheers
    Shane

Sorry you were missed by all Shane. Officially, hello and welcome to the madness mate! Hope you hang yer hat and stay with us a spell. Lots of OZ members on here, so be sure to check out the OZ forum. Your bike is a beauty....in time you may want to upgrade your seat to a "Corbin" or as I MUCH prefer a "Sargent Saddle" and your :moonie: will thank you!

Welcome to The World! It looks like only the US got deprived of the VFR800. The last year they were offered here in the US was 2009! Nice colors too, you'd fit in just fine at USC!

    Cheers!

    Thanks guys.

I will look at helibars soon, but want to do a few Kms first to see how it feels.
I've been riding a Suzuki DRZ trail bike for the last few years so the seat on this bike feels plush. In time I'm sure that will change!
