The tv show is fairly new. He's had a YouTube channel for years. He's featured plenty of bikes along the way. His first "new" vehicle purchase was a 1981 Honda CBX, which he still rides.

His jet bike is cool and must make for a very different kind of ride with turbine delay, other characteristics etc. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-MFkBiL4T6MM/T6l1gcZ_xYI/AAAAAAAAABM/nNx57fwgymE/s1600/jay-leno-no.2.jpg

I have watched his youtube channel over the years and always admired his own personal collection of vehicles. It was interesting to watch him discuss each vehicle and the story behind it. I always hoped some network would pick up his show and bring it to TV. It would be great if he focused on his collection more in the show. However, although he has a large collection, I realize still not enough to support a weekly show. Still, has been fun to watch so far.

I don't know, I think he could do a weekly show for a few years with as many vehicles as he has. lol

"Legendary comedian and "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno returns to television with a new weekly, one-hour CNBC primetime series, "Jay Leno's Garage".The series will cover all things automotive including classic cars, super cars, restoration projects, road tests, investments and the inner workings of the car collectors' market."

I think it's on Wed nights.
