Impersonating an officer. Didn't get all the details.

 

he pulled over two off duty cops when his buddy hit "the lights", then tried to hide them. Felony arrest for impersonating an officer.

Gosh I hope it was not his buddy holding up an iPhone with the flashlight application... that'd suck.

He's good to race this weekend though.

 

I saw this; what a freakin' moron! In a Toyota Tacoma too! Yes, he can ride the crap out of that bike but come on!!

I'm surprised that the AMA is going to let him race. Does anybody remember Jason Lawrence? He was arrested for disorderly conduct and the AMA suspended him for the rest of the 2008 season. Stewart gets arrested for a felony and not a word from the AMA?

 

There was a little more to the Lawrence thing than a disorderly conduct charge.
