I've had it with stupid people.

Quite a few times I've responded to "wanted" ads. Obviously, is stuff that I have and want to get rid of at almost free price. I send detailed information and contact number only to have the buyers ask even more questions through private messages on forums.
The ones that really piss me off are the ones where people want something for free. Again, I send detailed information and contact number and no one wants to call or send a text message. They still ask stupid questions through private messages even though they been told that I don't visit forums frequently. It's free damn it!!
Recently, on one of the local forums, someone wanted a free helmet and gloves, and I just happen to have extras in the size needed. He/she never bothered to call or text. What gives??

If you're literally giving them away just put them out on the curb. Quickest way to recycle useful things around here anyway.

 

I feel your pain!

Sometimes reasonable people just don't seem to fit in todays society. I have to say that the majority of my dealings through the internet have gone very well but every now and again I encounter videots that seem to obtain pleasure from jerking people around. The density of these individuals is higher on certain sites and forums so I tend to avoid them.

 

My dad always used to say;"you'll never have to live in fear of running out of stupid people..."

The older I get, the more he was right...

 

People who place ads on Craig's list then never respond when you tell them you want it.

It's funny that you say this, my friend put his old dishwasher on the curb with a sign 'Free Dishwasher' and it sat for a few days. He later changed the sign to 'Dishwasher $50', it was gone the next day!

No. I probably should have clarified that. When I said gone the next day, I meant in the middle of the night someone came by and grabbed it. I guess when it was free, it wasn't worth anything so no takers, but as soon as it was worth $50 someone felt it was worth "stealing" it! Go figure.
