I mounted a hugger I bought used & noticed that it does not cover the full width of the tire on the right side except where it's close to the swingarm. Is this ok?

    Here's a pic.

Probably not ideal, but fine as long as it isn't touching the tire.

Be easier to tell if you could see the whole tire and whether it's centered on the tire or off to one side. It doesn't look like it's centered, but hard to tell because you can't see the whole tire. Was it made for the bike or a universal fit?

It looks like a 2/3rds hugger to me. Mine and all I've seen come past the center line of the wheel and a little more than the full width of the tire, just over each side. Yours looks to taper from the start from what I can see. Looks narrow at the end.

Kind of small but guess its for the center of the tire anyways.

I agree that it looks too narrow for the tire. It will pretty much work, just looks a bit odd.
