About 4 weeks ago I ordered a heated grip kit from Dual Star, and was told it would ship in about a week. I still don't have it, and if I call there nobody answers anymore and their voicemail is full (for the last week or more). I even sent them a fax asking them for a status and have heard nothing. Their site shows that they are closed July 3rd through the 7th, but I had no luck even towards the end of June. Anyone know what's up with them?
Sounds pretty shady to me. Have you heard anything since? If not, check to see if it is too late to call your CC company and cancel payment.
