Interceptor handlebars

Did the height of the clip on's on vf700f's and 750f's change over the years? because my bars seem to be higher those on other pictures I've seen. I'm looking for lower bars. which year had the lowest bars? I'm not really looking to do a custom replacement.

 

My 83 has spacers between the upper triple clamp and the clip ons. They're about half inch thick. When I rebuilt the forks I left them off so the handlebars are just a little lower. The cast portion of mine measure 3-1/2" from the base to the top.

Ill take pictures tomorrow, If anyone was able to tell me if I have stock bars on my bike, that would be great. It is finally supposed to stop :rain: ing tomorrow, and I can uncover the bike.
