You know the bulb socket rubber thingiemajobs that plug into the cluster?

Honda sucks for making them, whoever decided to use those can suck my fat toe. Twice.

Actually, make that thrice. You heard me.

Anyways I changed all my bulbs yesterday and I got two of those sockets that are looser than a 2 dollar whore on a Happy Hour event. Upper speedometer one I got to mostly work, but I can see it needing replaced later. My turn signal one just cannot pinch the bulb enough to light up the bulb at all, it might flicker for a second but that's it. Bulbs are good, I checked just in case the new 194 are polarity sensitive, I held the socket and it kept it lit up. It just can't keep tension on it after I let go of it.

Was thinking of a ziptie and plugging it in, but I can't find a skinny enough one locally and I'm not certain how long a rubber band would work.

I must say, replacing the 158 (or was it 152?) standard bulbs with the newer 194s makes it look so much nicer and far more lit up at night. I might not even switch to LEDs later on, it's a nice and warm brightness now and LEDs would probably be brighter. And I don't think we got a dimmer do we?
