Just wondered if someone knew of a good site(s) that exports exhausts to Australia? What would you recommend for a '98 VFR? I would prefer a high-rise too :) Thanks for the help.

    Have you looked into Delkevic?
I think that they do a good product at a good price.

Yeah I'm not too sure about the sound of the Delkevic. I think I would like something a little "meatier" if you know what I mean. Also I would prefer a high mount if possible. The Viper cans are only $300 inc. link pipe but, again, no high mount available. For the similar prices I think the Viper sounds a little nicer. That's why I was hoping there was a good site to look at for importing - esp. with the $ being so good. Not sure what else would be any good. Love the Micron but they are almost impossible to get now :( Oh well, the search continues. Thanks for the help.

What about Staintune? They are made in Australia and sound great with the baffle removed.

I would love a Staintune, but they want $700 which is a fair bit for something made locally I think. They should sell them cheaper so more Aussies buy here instead of importing. I think they would sell a lot more.

$700 for a single side 5th Gen exhaust? That price does seem a bit steep to me considering that you are local to where they are made. If you want a real mean sounding exhaust I suggest you check into D&D exhaust systems.

    Regards,

Yeah I don't mind D&D. I just wish more manufacturers offered high mount as an option. At this stage I am leaning towards a Viper as it is only AU$300. A mate has a set on his VTR 1000 & they sound pretty good. Decisions decisions......:(
