I bought a 2001 VFR800 that was stolen and they punched the ignition, gas tank cover and helmet lock. They cut the wires and spliced to hot wire. I have an ignition for it with the plug but, the plug on the bike is obviously gone. There are three wires coming from the switch, red, red w/ black, and teal. the problem is that I have a pink wire coming from the harness that doesn't have a home. Anybody know what the pink wire goes to? I don't have a a wiring diagram or I would look. Thanks for any help.
