Anybody change the ignition on a 6th gen? Seems easy enough, just two bolts that I have to get to from the underneath. Problem is, I can't see underneath, even with a mirror, to see what tool I need. I thought it was hex, but with a mirror the inside looks round. Anybody do this or have suggestions on where to get info? I know I've seen the service manual in electronic format somewhere on here, but I haven't been able to find it when searching today. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks!!

Karen,do you mean you're trying to remove these bolts to swap out the ignition switch?

If so those bolts require a special tool called a T40 Torx bit. Just a heads-up,those bolts have Loctite on the threads and are screwed in there freakin' tight.

Yes, the ignition switch... sorry for lack of clarity, but thanks for your clarity... wait, wahuuuuuuttt? :) Thanks so much for the pics StoshMon!! I got those tools! And thanks for the warning... I may have to enlist the help of someone stronger than I... but I'll give her a whirl first.
