I have a 1990 vfr 750f I've replaced the stator the rectifier and I rode it for a few months but my problem now is that I can push start it and pop the clutch and it cranks right up all my gauges and lights come on but when I hit my ignition it doesn't do anything any ideas ?

i'd look at both the start switch and the kill switch, can't say how many times that kill switch has mysteriously been off

well then, next is to find continuity in the circuit by taking the start switch off and actually check making sure you are getting a good contact. most of the time it's the kill switch. check that too while you have it a part

If the kill switch was the problem it wouldn't start with a bump start. Put it on the centre stand, out of gear and jump across the solonoid and if it cranks the problem is either start button wire or the button or the solonoid

Expect sparks when you do that.
