I tried, but I have neither enough weed nor acid to read through the entire thing.

But to Elwrays point: Although we've only ridden together once, IMHO your A-OK. :second:

I'll look forward to your continued wit and humor that you've provided. And yes, you can bring your cruiser to any BBQ that we might have.

Well now, one has to be responsible for their actions, don't they? You sold the VFR and now have a VTX.? You will be damned for eternity. It's your new home accept it. But you can come back and visit.

I take an odd sort of comfort in knowing that there are forums such as the VTXOA

Mostly because it keeps them away from here

I read that one too but didn't even bother trying to get into it since there isn't any factual information to argue with them there. What you missed is that the OP's original avatar at the time of posting that was this:

I only know of one, possibly two other VTX owners on this site.

    Great Avatar

I'm over there more now than before, used to spend a lot of time here when I 1st got the X. California VTX Riders • Index page

That used to be the BEST VTX forum out there, good guys with tons of knowledge. But now that the VTX is a bike of the past alot of the members are no more.

Only a couple other X guys huh? Nice to have the choice on what to ride but I'm on my VFR quite a bit more than the X.

Hey now, you're an 1800 rider... I'm a 1300. We have nothing in common!!!

When I first started up at that forum it was fantastic, but like you said the membership is changing. I suppose that happened a year earlier for you 1800 folk since production of the 1300 continued a bit past the 1800. The tech boards are still a priceless resource, though.

I agree completely ... except I'm on the X more than the VFR ;)
