I have a problem with the fuel system

    I do not speak English.

    I heve VFR-800 6th GEN ,2004
    I have a problem with the fuel system.
    When the tank is not a lot of petrol, motorcycle rides well.
    And when full, very bad.
    What this could be the reason?

    And I still can not understand why does not work the vacuum valve in the air filter. No signal to the solenoid from ECU
