Wow, hard to believe, I got the chance to get out for a bit, from that last bit of weather that lasted 10 days, It almost got the better of me. But I'm all good for a while now that I was able to get out for a bit. It was getting a tad on the nippy side, 45, but listening to the soul of this fine machine warms ones heart. Here's a couple shots I thought worthy of posting, you know what they say , no photos didn't happen, Ha-ha.. gots ya..

 

Good for you man, glad you got her out before the looooong nap. For you, maybe alittle therapy.

Sorry guys we dont get sub zero temps, but we are expecting the so called El Nino.....so I suppose we'll be in the same, well not quite......boat...and for me , I've had my share of riding in the rain..bike no car for three years on my 84 Interceptor that never let me down...dont do it anymore, thats what trucks are for.

I would agree the photos should prove the events, but how do I know these awesome photos aren't really some cheap forgery?

 

It's always worse in Michigan. Maybe you'll get a few more days, but it looks like our luck is running out soon.

Very nice bike. Pristine. Sure am liking me some 5th gens I have seen on here. Glad I am currently poor or might be inclined to have one of these if I were to run across something like this for sale.

 

Do you guys that have to store the bike for the winter own snow machines? Seems like that would help with the pain of not being able to ride.

Well.. LOL when ya think about it one doesn't, unless one was in the photo, even that can be photo shopped. This could be a bit tricky one handing a shot while riding though, I'll see what I can do about that. Maybe it's time for a go-pro?

I do not. Snow and outside was fun as a kid then I grew to hate it with every fiber in my body. I do not think even a fast snowmobile would change my mind.

Unless you were talking snow thrower. I use one of those but they are not as much fun as they appear in the movies.

I got out today. It is 46°F. Hands got chilly, other than that a beautiful clear day with just a little too much wind.

 

It might be that I live in a warm state but I go skiing every year and always take 1 day to flog snow machines in the mountains, so much fun.
