    Hi,
I ordered a PC III USB and rec'd a PC III USB Ex. From what I can tell from the PC Website, the O2 sensors that come with the Ex are needed only for California bikes. But...from what I read in one forum I need to use the O2 sensor when setting up the PC. Dynojet makes not mention of this. I don't know what to do for sure--figured I check around.

    I have an '07.

If I don't need them, I'll sell 'em!

You do need to install the 02 eliminator. I believe 6th gen bike are 50 state bike.

I've seen three sets of instructions for the 2006-2008 models.

In the package: Parts list includes eliminators but installation guide does not say anything about if/where to install them
On the CD: Same as above
On the Website: Parts list does not mention eliminators at all

It help smooth out the throttle and no more annoying jurkey. Install or not Will not harm your engine. Very easy to install
Remove your left fairing in plug the black connector, install the o2 connector. Tape off the other voila you are done.

Scuba is right. They will greatly increase the drivability of the bike. The connectors your're looks for are under the left fairing down by the clutch. They are square 4-pin connectors and they way you can tell is that after the connectors, they run to your exhaust pipes.

I checked with tech support at Dynojet and was told that 1) the EX should not have come with any O2 eliminators, 2) not to use them because they were not effective, and 3) that there was a considerable amount of misinformation about their products on forums and elsewhere. Seems like he knows what he's talking about so I'm going to do things the manufacturer's way.
