I had recently had a problem on my '86 VF1000R with the clutch. I had gone out for a ride to the local bike night and my clutch gave me issues. what was happening is you pull the clutch lever in and it wouldn't disengage the clutch. well I got the bike home, boy was that a trick. when I had to stop, I would have to kill the bike, then start it back up in gear. what my problem was, the slave cylinder was leaking. well, I ordered the new parts, got them put in and that's when the big problem started. I could not get them to bleed down to save my life. I tried every trick in the book and nothing. I gave up on it for awhile. so I had talked to a friend that said he would help me. so after a few weeks with it sitting, we got it bled. the measures we had to take to get it there was a big pain in the dairy-air. know this is long but has anyone else ever experience this problem?
