I've purchased a couple of Hondas in the last year and have been getting copies of RedRider mag. sent to my house. I like getting it because it shows off cool Honda stuff. I noticed in the issue I got today there's a section on 2008 model bikes with no mention of the VFR. It seems like almost every other model is mentioned. Why is that? Is Honda going to stop making the VFR? The cover pic. seems to be taken over the shoulder of a VFR rider though.
well, there is still a VFR, but it is just a new color for this year. Personally I think they did so good with the past models that everyone keeps them for too long. CBR riders will upgrade after 10-20k miles and VFR riders just keep riding... I have over 50k on mine and others have a lot more...
Was no mention or pics of the CBR1000RR as well, I think there still deciding on the Litre bike for '08 (same old thing, vs V-4, V-5, V-twin,) ????? Hope they decide soon:frusty: , because money is burning a hole in my pocket, as I'm itching to buy a bike to replace my RC51 next season ((if no new Honda, I'm looking @ the 1098 & the Buell 1125R)) p.s. no I'm not selling the RC51, the daughter gets it to track/race it next season !
