Honda introduce VFR1200F service plan (UK)

Well, we already have a three year warranty period and a three year breakdown service for this bike, but Honda have just announced a three year (or four service) plan for the VFR. I suspect it's for the UK only at the moment but it's a good deal.

It costs £575 and covers the 600, 8,000, 16,000 (valve clearance) and 24,000 mile service or the first three years and is transferrable to any subsequent owners during this period.

I worked out that this would probably save nearly £500 on servicing costs assuming I made full use of it so I have signed up.

As an aside, Honda have raised the UK price already by £500 starting April 1.
