Hinge Pin in OEM Luggage

So i was loading up the luggage on my 02 viffer when i notice the right side box is opening funny. I look at the bottom and the metal pin that holds the hinge together is gone!

I checked the right side and that pin (closer to the front of the bike) is a little loose also. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it possible to get a replacement pin? I have only seen the entire bag listed as apart.

The OEM luggage was one of the main reasons i picked this bike over some others that i looked at and i'm a little dissapointed in the quality.
