Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My first bike was an 81 Suzuki 750GS. It was bigger then me and I remember dumping it the first time and not being able to pick it up myself. My second bike was a 98 Honda 750 Nighthawk. Kids and a hail storm got in the way and I haven't had a bike in the last 3 years. Back when I bought my Nighthawk, I was looking hard at the VFR's but was afraid to go with so much power since I had a 5 year break from riding. About two weeks after owning the Nighthawk, I wished I would have got the VFR. Now I got permission from the boss to get a bike and am looking heavily at the VFR. So thought I would join up here and get acquainted with the bike before making my final decision. I live in the San Marcos, Texas area and will be turning the big 40 this summer. Peace Bry
