After nearly 2 weeks in my shop after work and weekends I done, its rideable and safe. On dark, late, to much marriment, friday nite, Kristin dropped her beloved old girl on loose gravel in a parking lot. She Got away from the bike and was slightly bruised and the viffer took sone decent damage to plastics and the shifter lever. This is the sorted story of the re-re-re-build.
First off, we got this bike real early last season in black paint and she HAD TO HAVE IT! But she had things that she wanted changed, color, the tail and I had to reposition the break lever. She had a back surgery that rendered her right leg not sso great and is the reason she ssold her 06 Honda VLX 600, that and it was a DOG! After the mods to the shifter, an E-BAY 2000 Yamaha R6 race tail, rebuilding the tail frame, lots of sanding & painting she headed out on her love afair with her VFR. She can't praise this bink more than she does.....
Beside my mods we got a great deal more that came with it.
Heli Bars, Braided Stainless front lines, UNI Filter, DynoJet stage 2 and Two Bro's pipe

    re-re-build (This April-May)

Durring last season she cemented her love of her Viffer. I did all preseason maitenance & repared minor scratches, as well ass adding some blue graphics to give it a bit of a change and match up with her lid. I held off an any more visual, handling or proformance mods till maybe next year, or so I thought...
