Help!!

I am in the process of installing the resistors on the 02 sensor plugs on my 07.
I know I'm going to sound moronic here, but I cant get the plugs disconnected. Is there a trick to this, or am I just dumber than a bag of hammers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

you need to look close for the connector lock and jam in a jewlers screwdriver to unlock it.
